NRV Gymnastics
Our
Mission Statement:
At
NRV GYMNASTICS, we pledge to offer distinctive quality training
through care and concern for each student. We provide a safe and caring environment where each child
is awarded and encouraged to work within their own
abilities to develop gymnastics skills, social skills, self-esteem
and confidence. With
unparalleled customer service, we strive to gain the respect and
trust of our customers - students, and parents alike - by
attention to safety, skill advancement, and the individual goals
of each student.
LOCATED
AT 100 Central Avenue, Christiansburg, Virginia, our central
location makes our facility a convenient destination for one-stop
training in gymnastics, cheerleading and dance for the serious and
casual athlete.

never duplicated!
Our
History:
New
River Valley Gymnastics, Inc. opened its doors to the residents of
the New River Valley on January 2, 2001.
Since that time, we have trained over 1,500 students,
taking advantage of our state-of-the-art facility, in gymnastics,
dance and cheerleading. At
the beginning, we offered other sports such as martial arts and
yoga. Now, we are centering our energy into our competitive teams
in gymnastics and cheerleading, and happily, our dance program is
doubling each year. Our
association with local recreation programs, such as Christiansburg
Recreation Center, shows the confidence the community has in us.
Additionally, the strength of “Tumblin’
Fun”®,
our poster-reward system (designed by our head coach and Training
Director, Christie Epperly-Lawless), gives strength to our
recreational gymnastics agenda.
We
offer our members Family Fun Night, Private Birthday Parties, Fun Sleepovers, Summer
Camps, and many other activities.

Elite Training Center, LLC.
There is an on-site Pro Shop fully stocked with
all supplies and apparel necessary to keep our athletes
comfortable and safe. |

Equipment
in our gym includes a large, air-conditioned facility, Olympic-size spring floor, safety pits,
in-ground trampoline, uneven bars, beams, the new vaulting table,
men’s rings, pommels, high bar and parallel bars.
Our dance classes practice in a spacious, mirrored room
with several ballet bars for complete perfection.
The
students in programs at New River Valley Gymnastics are often
